Day
1:
A Pillar Financial mortgage officer will call you to renew your application. If
you have given us permission to run a credit check, we will be able to advise
you of your loan decision immediately.
Day
2:
Pillar will electronically submit your file to the underwriting department for
review.
Day
3 - 5:
The underwriter will fax Pillar a complete list of the documents needed to
close your loan, i.e. W-2's, paycheck
stubs, etc. A Pillar Financial processor will then order your appraisal and
work with you to gather all the necessary documents. When the appraisal is
completed and the documents collected, you will be clear to close.
Day
6 - 7:
Pillar Financial prepares the closing package. The attorneys schedule the
closing with the Title Company and the Title Company confirms the time and date
with Pillar Financial.
Day
8:
All final figures are confirmed. The Title Comapny or you attorney will advise
you of the exact amount you will need to bring to the closing in the form of a
cashiers check. Congratulations! We close.
